Multichan seems like it would make great software for a tor network. The ground up federation integration means it could be impossible to shut down. Being text only would help keeping unethical (read: cp) content off, helping the moderation load. Are any other anons interested in this? I'd be willing to host a tor version that isn't federated with clearnet multichan if I could get a few anons to host ones also.

I'd host with you if I could.
It seems to me it wouldn't cost that much, pay with crypto to stay anonymous, etc. I'll do a little bit of research and come back to this thread with what I find.
It shouldn't be hard to run it in Tor, but spam may become a problem. Maybe per-post captcha..?
spam is free speech too
change my mind
honestly i wouldnt care about spam on a tor version.
what >>http://0chan.vip/2 said is a good idea tho
^ if you post me your chans in a copy pasteable format for the settings file i might manage to effortfully federate with yalls
note the same .onion also has an IRC @ 6667 and XMPP @ 5222
holy shit that's epic. I'll get on this later tonight. Who do you use to host the hidden service?
are you asking me to deanonymize the hidden service or how to host multichan over tor?
the answer to the latter is very underwhelming as torsocks/torify script was sufficient...
me screaming in your ears is free speech
