Well, Masonic are pretty decentralized so the question of who "commands" them is a bit strange. Administration at the higher levels is mainly about setting policy eg. on whether transgender people can join, what minimum age for membership is, how funds are allocated, etc.
This is an even stranger question to ask about antifascism -- the group is so decentralized that it's like asking "who commands anonymous." Anyone can be Anonymous and anyone can join an Anonymous OP.
