I'm going to try to advertise it on /qa/, /jp/, and similar imageboards on Christmas... it's a several year old tradition to meet on Gikopoi. (God, isn't that pathetic?)

A little known trick about Gikopoi is that it's fairly simple to begin the game in any room you want by manipulating the URL field, saving a use of the #rula spell, or good for directly inviting others to the current room.

Gikopoi trick:

Put your cursor in the name field and enter "CTRL+SHIFT+9" (or was it 8?) A password box will appear. If you enter the code iapetus56 your character will spawn as a Boon in char's clothing and you will walk 3x as fast.

Figured it out, if anyone else has issues, the gikopoi browser required the ActiveX version of the flash plugin to be installed.

Gikopoi 2 just got the "hilltop" map added by iccanobif; you can only access it via the #rula warp command though. It seems like it has the same ~5 member main group it's had since before Christmas.
